The area under the glass of the pendant on the back moves around inside the bezel. There is dirt and grime under the glass. I have not been able to find a way to remove the glass to use this item as a locket. There are scratches, separation in the metal and dings. ♢ Sold as-is. This is a true antique piece and is very lovely! ♢ 18" gold-tone chain is included. (Please note this chain is not original to the piece or the time period. It is a more modern chain.) ♢ Dimensions: The brooch (without the jump ring) is 1 11/16" tall, 1 5/16" wide
