It does appear that the hook clasp on the end of the necklace has been replaced. It's possible this is a necklace made by Lisner, Kramer or another brand-name designer based on the quality of the necklace, but there is no way to know for sure. A beautiful piece regardless!
Note that there is one small section of chain link at the longest chain of the necklace that has a kink that creates a stiffening in that 1/2" section of necklace. Hard to notice unless one is looking for it, but important to note. (I've included a photo of the link and the hook claps in the listing images.)

This necklace is in good overall condition. There are only two things to note about it's condition. The hook clasp seems to have been replaced and there is a small, 1/2", section of chain in the longest chain that has a kink. (I've included a photo of the link and the hook claps in the listing images.)
